Recorded at home in Aberdeen on a small modular system in 2020.

"Inspired by the events of Halloween 1984, when a number of local witches were arrested for dancing naked in Hopwas Woods (Staffordshire), not far from where I grew up. The story, printed in a local newspaper, prompted me and a few friends to visit the woods a couple of days later. There we found remnants of fires and what looked to us like occult symbols fashioned from branches, twigs and grass. We were terrified and thrilled in equal measure."
